Aquarium Filter Floss Pad — Cut to Size

Details

A dense white floss pad that catches the fine particles foam lets through — the difference between clear water and water that looks almost clear. Cut it with scissors to whatever tray or basket you own.

  • Polishing layer. Place it last, after sponge or bio media, and it traps the floating specks that make water look dull.
  • Cut to fit anything. HOB trays, canister baskets, sump baffles, internal filters — scissors are the only tool required.
  • Rinse, don't replace — at first. Swirl it in tank water weekly; replace when it stays grey after a rinse and flow drops.
  • Safe with all livestock. Inert synthetic fibre, no treatments, no dyes.
